自備Self-prepared: Carrot 300 grams (胡蘿蔔300克), Corn 300grams (玉米300克)
自備Self-prepared: 1 chicken 雞1隻 /500 grams Pork Lean 廋肉 / 500 grams Pork Bone 豬骨500克
Morel (羊肚菌), Bamboo Funji (粗竹笙), Tea Tree Mushroom (茶樹菇), Jisongrong (姬從茸), Cordyceps flowers (孢子頭蟲草花), Chanterelle (雞油菇), Dried Lion’s Mane Bearded Tooth Mushroom (猴頭菇), Red dates (紅棗)

- Soak the all mushroom into water for 30 minutes, squeeze out the water, cut into small pieces. Cut the end of Jisongrong, Tea Tree Mushroom, and Bamboo Funji 將所有菇放在清水內泡30分鐘，猴頭菇重覆揸乾水浸洗多次，切細件備用，姬松茸、茶樹菇及竹笙去蒂
- Blanch chicken / Pork, if any, cut into pieces 雞或豬肉汆水切件;
- Place all the ingredients in the water (around 10 bowls of water or 2L of water). Bring to the boil over high heat; after 5 minutes, turn the flame down to low and boil for 1.5 hours,置10碗水2L於煲內至水滾後，放入全部湯料，少量薑片。以猛火煲滾後，文火煲約1.5小時。
