How to serve:

Tao Jiao 桃膠

1. Soak and clean the peach gum for at least 24 hours until it gets softened.
2. Put it into a stewing mug with hot water (not boiling water) with other ingredients like dried lilies 百合, white fungus 雪耳, red dates 紅棗, Longan 桂圓肉, Xuelianzi (雪蓮子);
3. Stew for 45 minutes to 1hour.

Xuelianzi 雪蓮子

1. Soak and clean the peach gum for at least 24 hours until it gets softened.
