Materials 材料: 
自備Self-prepared: Carrot 300 grams (胡蘿蔔300克), Corn 300grams (玉米300克) 

自備Self-prepared:500 grams Pork Lean 廋肉 / 500 grams Pork Bone 豬骨500克

Dried Cuttlefish 墨魚、Dried cordyceps flower 蟲草花, dried black beans 黑豆, dried peanuts 花生, dried Japanese scallops 日本元貝, dried mushroom 花菇, Dried yam 生晒淮山, dried conch slices 螺片

Recipe 食譜: 

建議煮法：

1. Dried cuttlefish, conch and mushroom soak in water till softened 墨魚、螺片及冬菇浸軟身，冬菇剪去菇蒂。
2. Remove surface skin of cuttlefish, cut off organs, and take out the bones and used for making soup 撕去表面嘅黑皮、墨囊及內臟不要，墨魚骨一併放入煲湯
3. Wash other ingredients with clean water 其他材料簡單浸洗便可。
4. Place all the ingredients in the water (around 10 bowls of water or 2L of water) with pork or bones. Bring to the boil over high heat; after 5 minutes, turn the flame down to low and boil for 1.5 hours 置10碗水2L於煲內至水滾後，放入全部湯料。以猛火煲滾後，文火煲約1.5小時。
