Materials 材料: 
自備Self-prepared: Carrot 300 grams (胡蘿蔔300克), Corn 300grams (玉米300克) 

自備Self-prepared:500 grams Pork Lean 廋肉 / 500 grams Pork Bone 豬骨500克

Golden fungus 黃耳、dried fig 無花果、Yam 生曬淮山、Japanese scallops 日本元貝、dried Lion’s Mane Bearded Tooth Mushroom  猴頭菇、Dried mushroom 冬菇、Dried red dates 紅棗、Dried Goji 寧夏杞子、Dried Tea Plant mushroom 茶樹菇

Net weight 材料淨重量：190 grams (190克)

Recipe 食譜: 

1. Soak Dried golden fungus over night 黃耳浸過夜
2. Soak yam and mushroom for an hour 龍牙淮山、冬菇及猴頭菇用清水浸約一小時至軟身
3. Wash other ingredients with clean water 其他材料洗淨備用
4. Blanch Pork, if any, cut into pieces 豬肉汆水切件
5. Place all the ingredients in the water (around 10 bowls of water or 2L of water). Bring to the boil over high heat; after 5 minutes, turn the flame down to low and boil for 1.5 hours,置10碗水2L於煲內至水滾後，放入全部湯料，少量薑片。以猛火煲滾後，文火煲約1.5小時。

If you would like to have pure vegan soup, please take out the scallops and do not put in any meat.
