自備Self-prepared: Carrot 300 grams (胡蘿蔔300克), Corn 300grams (玉米300克)
自備Self-prepared:500 grams Pork Lean 廋肉 / 500 grams Pork Bone 豬骨500克
Dried Octopus 章魚、Dried fish maw 鱈魚花膠、Dried oysters 韓國蠔豉 、Black-eyed pea 眉豆 、Mushroom 原粒冬菇、red dates 紅棗、Qianshi 茨實、Dried fig 無花果乾

建議煮法:
- Dried fish maw, oysters, octopus and mushroom soak in water till softened 鱈魚花膠、蠔豉、章魚及冬菇浸軟身,冬菇剪去菇蒂。
- Wash other ingredients with clean water 其他材料簡單浸洗便可。
- Place all the ingredients in the water (around 10 bowls of water or 2L of water) with pork or bones. Bring to the boil over high heat; after 5 minutes, turn the flame down to low and boil for 1.5 hours 置10碗水2L於煲內至水滾後,放入全部湯料。以猛火煲滾後,文火煲約1.5小時。
- Add fish maw in the last 30 minutes 最後30分鐘加入花膠,最後加鹽調味即可
