Bearded tooth mushroom is an edible mushroom commonly used in Asian soups and cooked dishes.

Preparation

Soak in clean water for approximately 2 hours, squeeze out the water, and cut into smaller pieces if desired. Add to soup or another cooked dish and cook thoroughly before serving.
